About the Role
We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our production floor in Rajkot. You will operate CNC turning and milling centres to manufacture precision brass and stainless-steel door hardware components to tight tolerances. Every new operator receives supervised, machine-specific training before working independently — no one is put on a machine without proper preparation.
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate CNC turning and milling machines per job specifications
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and dimensional tolerances
- Perform in-process quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Maintain machines through daily cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive tasks
- Report quality deviations or machine issues to the shift supervisor immediately
- Follow all PPE and safety protocols without exception
What We're Looking For
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Tool & Die — or equivalent hands-on CNC experience
- 1–3 years operating CNC turning or milling machines (brass/SS preferred)
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measurement instruments
- Comfortable working rotating shifts (morning/evening)
- Reliable attendance record — manufacturing runs on consistency
